PALATE

Mouthfilling dark fruit flavours and silky tannins are lifted by bright raspberry acidity, carrying through to a long finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect with a hearty bowl of spaghetti Bolognese or your favourite pizza.

WINEMAKING

Fruit for this wine was sourced from a single vineyard in the Margaret River region. The fruit was destemmed into a static stainless-steel fermenter, with some whole berries undergoing carbonic maceration during fermentation. The must was pumped over twice daily for gentle tannin extraction. The wine was then pressed and matured in oak barriques for six months. After blending, it was lightly fined and filtered prior to bottling.
