Offering lifted aromas of passionfruit with hints of gunflint and fresh herbs.

PALATE

The palate displays vibrant tropical fruit notes interwoven with refreshing grapefruit acidity. 

FOOD PAIRING

Enjoy on its own or with a fresh summer seafood salad.

WINEMAKING

The fruit was picked in the cool of the morning and delivered directly to the winery for immediate processing under inert conditions to capture the natural fruit flavours. The juice was settled, then inoculated with a proprietary yeast to enhance the fruit character and add texture. A small portion was matured in small oak vessels, while the remainder was matured in stainless steel on light lees to help build palate weight. Prior to bottling, the wine was gently fined and sterile filtered to maximise fruit aromatics and flavour.
