Lifted aromas of ripe summer strawberries and cherries, with a hint of orange blossom.

PALATE

Mouth-filling flavours of strawberries, dark cherries and Turkish delight. Hints of orange zest and bright pomegranate acidity lead the wine to a long, dry finish.

WINEMAKING

The Shiraz fruit for this wine was harvested on a cool autumn morning. The berries were gently pressed to reduce colour pick-up from the grape skins. The must was inoculated with a proprietary yeast and fermented at a cool temperature to retain the natural fruit flavours. Upon completion of fermentation, the wine was lightly fined, filtered and bottled to preserve its vibrant fruit flavours and aromas.
